CAPPS is now the official foster home for four cats that had been staying with us this past week. All were  survivors of the house fire in Troy. Dr. Stone and staff have been giving them lots of love and have them all spayed/neutered, tested and vaccinated.  Happily all of them came out of the event visually unmarred.
